We have vast experience with serial manufacturing since nearly 30 years ago. Built upon deliveries for mainly construction machinery and mining equipment, we are now manufacturing serial products across multiple industries, including components for hydrogen electrolysers.

We believe that having all key production steps in-house is critical to achieve the best performance. We have therefore built our production premises flexible enough to support a wide portfolio of products. The premises comprise a wide range of modern CNC machines, carbon- and stainless-steel welding space, modern painting booths as well as separated area for clean assemblies.

We have a wide portfolio of globally valid certificates to ensure that we can meet the most stringent quality requirements. Verification by accredited companies such as BUREAU VERITAS; TÜV NORD; TÜV SÜD; ASME; DVS ZERT Dusseldorf, is proof of a high level of production and strict quality requirements.

1/ INITIAL DESIGN

Upon receiving the customer's drawings, our experienced engineering team reassesses the original design and shares improvement ideas. These ideas can lead to cost reduction and shorter lead times. Alternatively, we can collaborate with the customer to design the entire product from scratch, considering serial production and our manufacturing process and equipment right from the initial sketch.

2/ PROTOTYPING

Following the approved initial design, we verify the production process by manufacturing a customized prototype or zero-series. Our dedicated and experienced prototyping team can quickly fabricate the initial batch and provide valuable feedback to both our and the customer's engineering and technology teams.

3/ DESIGN VERIFICATION

Together with our customer, we convert the feedback from the prototype production into concrete measures to optimize the product design. Typical measures include adjusting material grades, ensuring suitability for robotic welding machines, and improving accessibility for after-production cleaning or potential repair situations.

4/ PREPARATION FOR LAUNCH

After final approval of the product design, our technology and production teams prepare for the serial launch. This involves designing and producing necessary tooling and jigs, developing detailed material and workflow plans, and, if necessary, obtaining additional quality certificates or building up the supply chain.

5/ PRODUCTION LAUNCH

Once all the necessary steps are ready and approved by our management, the customer, or external bodies, we commence serial deliveries of the product. We frequently review quantities and delivery times with the customer based on their requirements. To streamline the process, we establish a direct interface between the customer's IT system and our ERP system for semi-automatic order uploading and amendments.

6/ CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

Our commitment doesn't end with the Start of Production. During serial production, we continuously review the manufacturing process, identify workflow collisions or imperfections, and propose concrete improvement measures. These suggestions can be shared with the customer, resulting in further cost reductions and lead time improvements.
