2JCP establishes long-term partnership with Siemens Energy in the field of hydrogen solutions

Račice, June 26, 2024 - Within the context of a long-term cooperation, Czech engineering and manufacturing company 2JCP becomes one of the main integrators of the Elyzer P-300 hydrogen electrolyzers that Siemens Energy and Air Liquide will supply to its customers in Europe, with the possibility of participating in projects from all over the world.

2JCP is responsible for what is called “packaging”. The stacks - i.e. the core components of the electrolyzer, which are manufactured in the new Siemens Energy and Air Liquide gigawatt electrolyzer factory in Berlin - are assembled in the Czech Republic with other components such as heat exchangers, the necessary pipes and wiring to provide a ready-to-use unit.

So far, 2JCP has completed two specific contracts for Siemens Energy. The first project was the delivery of three Elyzer P-300 units to Denmark for a European Energy project in Kassø. The second project, FlagshipONE, which is currently in production, includes four hydrogen units for Ørsted in Sweden. Based on these successful one-off orders, the two companies have decided to take their cooperation to the level of a long-term framework contract.
