Conditions of entry for visitors

Safety Rules for Loading and Unloading at 2JCP Production Plants

The rules for loading and unloading apply to the production plants in Trebic and Račice.
The driver is obliged to announce his arrival to the security of the building and for the purpose of registration in the carrier's book to tell :

• Name and surname
• Name of the transport company
• Vehicle registration number

Unauthorised persons, minors, animals, alcohol, narcotic and psychotropic substances, dangerous goods (weapons, etc.) and particularly dangerous substances must not be in the cab of the vehicle at the time of entry and during loading.

Before entering the 2JCP's production premises, the driver is obliged to wear long trousers, a reflective vest and safety shoes.

WE CARE ABOUT YOUR SAFERY:

• The premises are forbidden to persons under the influence of alcohol and narcotics and persons under 15 years of age.
• The consumption and bringing in of alcoholic beverages is prohibited in the entire area.
• Do not move around the premises without being accompanied by a company employee.
• Take care of your own safety and the safety of others.
• Do not tamper with company equipment.
• Do not use musical headphones when moving around the premises.

During unloading and loading:

• Before leaving the vehicle, switch off the engine and remove the key from the ignition.
• Properly secure the vehicle against unintended movement (apply the handbrake, use locking wedges)
• Use a work helmet in the crane handling area
• Do not allow any persons in the cab of the vehicle during loading/unloading
• Do not enter under suspended loads
• Handling of suspended loads is prohibited
• Leave the premises of 2JCP a.s. immediately after the completion of loading/unloading, securing the load and completing the documents.
• In the event of an accident, inform the loading/unloading supervisor

For violation of the rules, 2JCP reserves the right to impose a penalty of up to CZK 10,000 on the carrier and to ban the driver from the premises. 

Before entering the premises of 2JCP, the driver shall confirm by signing the Carrier's Book that he/she is familiar with the safety instructions for the movement of persons and the rules in relation to environmental protection.
