Modular Solutions

We support global technologists by helping them turn their unique technologies into real projects. Our expertise lies mainly in design and turnkey delivery of small-scale modularized plants for generating energy or fluids. Thanks to our long-term experience in modularized equipment across various energy sectors we can ensure the designed solution meets the highest customer standards.

Our services encompass the entire scope of PED pressure equipment (gas separators, heat exchangers, reactors, coolers) and integrated process piping. On top, we provide modularized building solutions consisting of prefabricated, shippable steelwork modules that integrate all mechanical and electrical equipment.

Noise Control Systems

We provide a broad range of standard and bespoke noise control products to help reduce site noise emissions. Our acoustic enclosure and barrier solutions are effective at reducing the noise impact of equipment such as pumps, fans and other rotary emitters. Our experience extends to the supply of custom silencers to treat in-duct noise, whether generated by rotary equipment or flow-induced noise. We can deal with extreme flows, pressures and temperatures, across the full range of frequencies.

Heat Exchangers

Shell & Tube heat exchangers are a key part of many processes, with pre-heating, cooling and heat recovery being required at various stages of the energy production, particularly under compression. Our engineers are highly experienced at undertaking thermal and mechanical design, with our solutions typically being bespoke in nature to meet our clients’ demands.

Pressure Vessels

Storing under pressure is an effective way to reduce the volume, and cost, of a storage vessel. We offer a broad range of pressurized vessels for use mainly in the new energy sectors. Ranging from simple process vessels to complex hydrogen separation systems, our designs meet the bespoke needs of our clients.

Process & Storage Tanks

Process and storage tanks are a key part of the new energy systems. We provide both atmospheric and high-pressure solutions to deal with the high volumes of water being utilized for production and cooling. We work to US, EU and UK standards using a combination of internal and best in class analysis software.

Ducting Systems

We have vast experience in dealing with the challenge of designing low noise, hot Exhaust and Ducting Systems in onerous environments. We are able to finely tune our designs to ensure optimum acoustic and dynamic performance is achieved. We optionally deliver tailored systems destined to high wind and seismic environments, and we offer solutions for emissions reduction.

Piping Systems & Skids

To complement our other pressure and non-pressure systems, we provide small and large diameter piping for a wide range of auxiliary systems. We can develop solutions for direct transportation of fuel gases, cooling, and other critical processes. We can accommodate high-stress, high & low temperature and high-pressure applications, including insulation for acoustic and thermal protection.

Large Weldments

We design and manufacture a comprehensive range of auxiliary and support products using robust, thicker steel materials. Our offerings include custom-engineered support structures and base frames for complex energy systems. Our expertise ensures optimal performance and longevity, accommodating diverse equipment sizes, load requirements, and environmental factors.
