Whistleblowing

At 2JCP a.s., we are committed to fostering an open and ethical corporate culture. That’s why we have adopted a directive on REPORTING UNETHICAL OR ILLEGAL ACTIONS and WHISTLEBLOWER PROTECTION, introducing clear measures to prevent, identify, and address such actions. Our goal is not only to safeguard the reputation and transparency of our companies but also to set a positive example of ethical business practices in the Czech Republic and beyond.

In accordance with Czech Act No. 171/2023 Coll., on the protection of whistleblowers (hereinafter referred to as the "Act"), employees may report illegal actions through the internal reporting system. Possible illegal actions include those that:

1.      have characteristics of a criminal offense,
2.      have characteristics of an administrative offense punishable by a fine with an upper limit of at least 100,000 CZK,
3.      violate the Act, or
4.      violate another legal regulation or regulation of the European Union in areas listed in the Act.

Suspicions of unethical or illegal conduct within the companies can be reported to compliance management members, who are the designated individuals under the Act, specifically:

·       Mrs. Kristýna Štorková, HR Manager, Finance/HR office, Račice workplace,
·       Mrs. Veronika Řábková, HR Specialist, Finance/HR office, Račice workplace,
·       Mrs. Lucie Votavová, HR Manager, HR office, Třebíč workplace, and
·       Mrs. Ivana Večeřová, HR Specialist, HR office, Třebíč workplace.

Reports can be submitted:

·       in writing to the email address [email protected]; [email protected], or
·       orally to the aforementioned individuals.

The Act prohibits any retaliatory measures against the whistleblower or other protected persons unless the report is knowingly false.
